Dr. Fawad Malik graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Science Honours Life Science degree in 2009. He went on to complete his Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC).

Dr. Malik has been practicing in multi-disciplinary physical therapy clinics within the GTA for the past 10 years, and is in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO). He has extensive experience in treating patients with motor vehicle accident injuries, workplace injuries, and sports injuries.

He has a broad range of certifications completed, including Active Release Therapy (ART), Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, and Shift Concussion Management Level 1.

Nidhi Bhavsar
Obtained her Bachelors of Physiotherapy Degree with a gold medal from Gujarat, India in 2016. Nidhi immigrated to Canada and did a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Durham College, Oshawa, ON, and made it to Dean’s list in 2019. Nidhi brings the experience of working as a Physiotherapist with all age groups and a lecturer for Physiotherapy students in India.

Passionate about restoring mobility and enhancing wellness, Nidhi has a strong background in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and post-operative care. With a holistic approach and personalized treatment plans, she empowers patients to achieve their health goals through education, exercise, and hands-on therapy techniques to improve their functional mobility, reduce pain, and enhance their overall quality of life.

In addition to clinical work, Nidhi is committed to staying updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy through continuous learning and professional development. She is also actively involved in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness in our community. 

Dilshad Alvi, a Functional Integrated Therapy (F.I.T.) provider, applies the F.I.T. approach to assess and manage soft tissue injuries and optimize athletic performance. His thorough examination includes but is not limited to assessment of biomechanics, soft tissue health, joint integrity and nervous system function.

He incorporates advanced therapeutic strategies such as Functional Integrated Needling (Dry Needling), Medical Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Sports Acupuncture, Myo-Matrix Release Technique (MMR), Fascial Abrasion Technique, Synergy Performance Taping in addition to other soft tissue and manual therapies.

Dilshad is also a Registered Acupuncturist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners & Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO) as well as a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

Pain reduction, maximized function and enhanced adaptive potential are the targets in his relentless goal to optimize the quality of life and the health and wellness of his clients.
